What Our Inspection Covers
Pressure Level Verification
We check that pressure gauges are within the safe operating range. Low pressure = ineffective suppression. High pressure = dangerous rupture risk.
Physical Condition & Corrosion
We inspect the cylinder body, valve, nozzle, and pin for rust, dents, cracks, or corrosion that could compromise safety or functionality.
Tamper Seal & Pin Integrity
We verify the safety pin is intact and the tamper seal hasn't been broken. Broken seals = unit must be recharged before use.
Hose & Nozzle Condition
We check for cracks, splits, or blockages in discharge hoses and nozzles. Damaged hoses prevent proper agent discharge in an emergency.
Label & Tag Legibility
We verify that type, capacity, and last service date labels are legible. Faded or missing labels = compliance violation.
NFPA 10 Compliance

We're a DOT-authorized hydrostatic testing facility (RIN D133). We perform pressure testing and recertification on DOT-regulated cylinders—fire extinguishers, propane tanks, scuba cylinders, and more. Cylinders that pass pressure testing are recertified for another 3–5 years of safe use.

Can I drop off and leave, or do I have to wait?
